Much have happened since I last blogged.
First, there was the band orientation, which was exceedingly well-planned compared to the one the year before. At least, I guess the J1s managed to catch some of their batchmates names. I finally have a junior. Yay. Don't need to solo during concert already. But the sad part is that bassoons also have juniors and I cant play my interesting bassoon 3 cue for American Salute anyway.
Then, there was the start of H3 physics, although I am rather unsure if I entered the right course. I opted for contemporary physics yet the lecturer is always teaching chemistry and biology. For example, for half of the 1st lecture, we were doing chemical bonding and I nearly fell asleep. Bad choice of mine to go to VJC. It is unbearably boring there and the lecturer has a soporific voice. I can't believe that there are people who can pay full attention under such sleep-inducing situations.
Our class is also taking part in frisbee Take 5. Not bad, we actually have a chance of winning considering that we have the Dynamic Duo (Sai Meng and Gabriel). Rong Bing even suggested a 1 day intensive training in school as a preparation and that he can be our coach although I sincerely distrust Rong Bing's aptitude in frisbee, taking into account that he actually throw the frisbee in such a queer spin that it hit the PE teacher. LOL!
